StretchUSoon & Women of Light Present: The Sound of Stretch.
The sound of stretch is a combination of vibrations from sound bowl therapy, whilst being guided through a series of stress-relieving stretches.
As we hold certain stretches, the vibrations of the sound bowl will settle throughout our body, and assist in boosting vibrational levels.
